Hi everybody,
we have some trouble to download the URL database from brightcloud.
Is it possible to import the database manually.
I have seen on the CLI, that we can make an scp import url-database.
But where can I download the database?
Kind regards
Christian

It is not possible to manually download the database. The command is there in the event of an emergency situation requiring all users to access the database manually. It is not not available for one-off situations.

When we try to open service.brightcloud.com or database.brightcloud.com in a browser with https,
we get an certificate error, that the certificate is invalid and has expired since 22.04.2010!
We try to download the database over a proxy, so we think this is the problem.
We have no problems with updates from PaloAlto, and we get them over the same proxy!
Can you do something with this information, or I need to contact brightcloud for this problem!

There is a bug in 3.1.1 that won't allow BrightCloud loads through a Proxy. You may want to contact your support provider to verify if this is affecting you.
