I am using PA3050 & need to upgrade PAN OS from 6.1.9 to 7.1.21
can I know the OS path for upgrading & downgrading (for backout)

For downgrades, once you are running 7.1 you would just re-install your older version. Please note though, that there is no support for 6.1 code and content updates (antivirus, applications, threats) will not work.
