Having been very badly bitten by this, is any documentation from Palo Alto going to be coming out detailing exactly how this feature is being implemented please?

Hello,
Beginning with 3.1.7, we are case insensitive for the domain, but the path itself is case sensitive since that is the behavior for some web servers. From a log perspective, displaying the exact URL is more accurate and helpful as it allows the admin the ability to check the page themselves. If we normalize the path, the admin could possibly get a path not found error, and isn't an accurate representation of the user activity.
I'll make sure that our documentation gets updated to reflect this.
Thanks,
Doris
