Guys, I have been issued with one of my clients not accessing the URL after adding the URL in the URL category and keeping them the alert.

I check the URL traffic the traffic block by real estate and the website category client want is also real estate but I added all possible URL in URL category add into url profile keep the real estate block still the site get a block. the flow is from vpn GP to Untrust.

Hello

 

You can create a custom URL category on the FW and add whatever sites/urls that the client wants.  Then, you go back to your URL Filtering profile and ensure that the custom URL category is set to alert.

To add to the above comment, you will want to only (1) ensure the URL filtering profile is configured so that either a custom category is set to alert, or the real estate category itself is set to alert

 

But most importantly (2) you will want to ensure that profile is attached to the policy that traffic is touching. Go to the monitor tab to confirm the deny action for that user/IP/zone and name rule, and then apply your alert policy to that rule.
