Is there any hot fix? I understand this issue is still reappearing on recent releases and some recommends down grade to 4.1.10

There seem to exist a hotfix named 4.1.11-h1 but that seems to break other things instead.
Proper fix today is to update into 5.0.3 if possible.
Otherwise you will have to wait for 4.1.12 to arrive:
