I have setup all required steps, for user id mapping using user-id agent.
the agent is working, I did all required configuration as per the guide line, and it is connected but the log is still empty
the user-id agent log is working and have the data. but from firewall side it is not.

Hello @Tqpharma,
If the User‑ID agent log shows data but the firewall log is empty, check that the firewall is properly receiving mappings — verify the agent is added under *User Identification* on the firewall, ensure the service account has the right permissions, and confirm the agent‑to‑firewall connectivity (port 5007). Without that link, mappings won’t populate in the firewall.
