User ID methods?

I am curious how many folks are now using the ID agent that is built into the PA as opposed to the agent that is installed in a windows client?

I tried migrating to the built in agent but it seemed to cause excessive CPU usage on my DCs.

Hi,

I used in many production.Did not get a cpu issue feedback.

Can you change the interval of reading security logs to 2 or 3 second and look if cpu issue still happens.

We'd need to investigate root cause for the resource utilization on your DCs if that were the case. I'd recommend opening a case to get started.
