We can only send text Viber messages. voice calls, video calls while sharing of photos/media won't go thru.
Please help.

Have you reviewed your logs for any denied traffic to see if something isn't getting identified properly? Can't say I use viber at all, but that would be where I'd start and more than likely where the issue lies. Make sure that you either enable logging on the interzone-default entry or create a logged temporary entry, as by default none of the dropped traffic will be logged.
