I have the VPN client NetConnect installed on several machine and it is working fine. On a couple, they conect to the network, but can't communicate with anything on the network.
For instrance, I get the connected note, and am assigned an IP address. However when i try to ping an address on the network, I cannot. When I try to open a RDP session, it can't connect.
Any suggestions?

Are the other machines running Kaspersky whereas the others are not? When pinging or trying to rdp from those machines, what do you see in the session table?

Kapspersky is not being used on any servers, workstations or laptops here. All are obtained through the company, so that is not our issue.
Thanks.

The Host IP addresses you are trying to ping and RDP for, do these host know to reach the remote netconnect client IP address they need to be routed through the palo alto device? Also based on the zone the tunnel interface is connected to, do you have a policy to allow ping and rdp.If the policy allows the app, please ensure it is ping and not ICMP.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
