Hello,
I usually start with the traffic logs and filter by source IP and destination IP. THis usually points me the in correct direction. Its usually because I missed a policy or didnt allow ping on an interface.
Hope that helps.

Hello,
Go to the Monitoring tab-> Logs-> Traffic
From there you can click on any source or desitnation IP and it will put it into the filter bar. From there just change the filtered IP's to what you are looking for.
The traffic should be allowed.

Traffic logs:
(app eq ping) and (addr.src in x.x.x.x) and (addr.dst in y.y.y.y)
And in system logs you should scroll through the logs to find the ipsec logs or check in the network tab the status of the tunnel if it is already up.
