We can see traffic associated with VPN and Proxy but this information is not included in reporting. (ex. Hotspot Shield)

Which report are you checking? A predefined or a custom report ?
Where do you see these applications, in traffic log or ACC (things visible in ACC may not be logged if logging is disabled in the security policy and hence not appear in log-based reports) or session browser ?
