HI,
As i have tried the below option to retrieve log files:
Server: <Ip address or Host Name>(Tried with local pc IP address and device name)
Path: //xxx.xxxx.xxx.xxx/scan
User: administrator(Local device user name)
Password: <Password>(Local device administrator password)
getting error:
“log file copy failed with ret -3” and “log file copy failed with ret -1.”

thank you for reply.
- For server I would recommend to use IP address instead of host name to prevent connection issue by Firewall not being able to resolve DNS name of your machine.
- The path you used does not look right to me. Could you either use just a single forward slash "/"? Using / should place the file into root folder of your SCP server. I would avoid using double forward slash "//" to define path.
- The username and password should be credentials configured in your SCP server for authentication, not your PC credentials. Could you confirm what OS and SCP server software are you running?
