Hello
I am installing PA-5050 (PANOS-4.1.10) to my customer.
I am monitoring all status of device.
I am seeing many increase of global count.
I have a question.
What is session_inter_cpu_sync_err count on global count???
and
What is dfa_sw_fpga_not_loaded count on global count???
Please let me know.

session_inter_cpu_sync_err - indicates an issue with synchronization between the DP processors. If this counter is increments, please open a Support case so that we can further investigate the issue
dfa_sw_fpga_not_loaded - this indicates the usage of software dfa when dfa is not loaded to fpga. dfa is used for app-id signature matching

Thank you for your quickly answer.
I have more question.
Does "session_inter_cpu_sync_err" count have to drop packet or not session setup???

Hi,
Is there a tech support documentation which explains how to interpret the show counter global output?
