Had emails/links to it being released, just wanted to check I hadn't missed something and that it shouldn't be on my Device/Software option list of versions?

Im trying to but its dreadfully slow - several hours to download those 250MB.
Are there any plans from PA to have mirrors in lets say Europe (to speed up downloads for customers there)?

Yes. We are looking at moving to a CDN to help support the worldwide deployment of devices. We don't have timeframes to communicate yet, but it is something that is being worked on.
