why default gateway ip is not assigned to PC when using GP external gateway

Hi,

I have configured GP  external gateway with no split tunnel.

I have configured the DHCP pool.

My PC gets ip assigned but no default gateway ip address is this by design?

All the traffic is configured to flow via tunnel.

How does routing work without PC getting default gateway?

Regards

Mike

Hello,

Yes the client knows to send all traffic down the tunnel if Split-Tuneling is not enabled:

Hello,

Maybe this document can help you out?

https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/documentation/80/globalprotect/globalprotect-admin-guide/globalprot...

Also its configured in the portal agent settings: Network tab ->Global Protect ->Portals->Agent->Internal.

You will also need associated policy rules to allow for traffic flow and interent access.

Cheers!
