I've had nothing but problems since we upgraded to 3.1.6. Like today sites that should be blocked based on the category isn’t (Playboy/playgirl). Other sites that shouldn’t be block are and the logs are not showing the block unless a Palo tech logs in using putty. Content and file filtering doesn’t work and even the tech guys couldn’t figure this one out. Something is wrong with both our Palo boxes and half the time I feel as if I’m not getting the support I should. I was told to go to this site? I thought why should I when I’m paying for the support but I keep trying. I could go on. I will say this, we are considering going to someone else if these problems continual. Right now I’m on hold waiting on support again!

I would say lean on your VAR, but if you can't... we'll try to give you a hand.
Worst case, you should know who your Palo Alto Account Manager is.... Talk to him to get things moving.
Lets start with the Playboy one and work through the other issues. How many security rules do you have that have URL filtering rules enabled?
I'm guessing the category for playboy is set to Block in the URL filtering rule?

Yesterday I have had a problem during activation/installation of URL Filtering DB on a PA2020, while I was showing my prospect PAN features. After the reboot the PA2020 stayed in fs check for a long time more than 1 hour. Then, it didn't start anymore...
This is only the last problem I had with 3.1.6

Hi,
First I would like to apologize to you and the entire support team at Palo. I should not have gone off on the support guys in an online support forum. I have no excuse for my bad behavior. I know you guys and gals are working very hard on every case that comes and I know we as support don’t always have the answer right away. When the porn sites stated getting allowed and everything that I could tell looked as if it was running correctly and still allowed the sites along with some of the other problems we were experiencing I guess I snapped.
Please express my apologizes to all the staff at Palo.
Tech support was able with a hotfix fix every problem I was experiencing yesterday.
