Windows 10 Global Protect (Version 3.1.1) Portal Config Does Not Exist

Greetings

 

I have a new laptop.  Windows 10.  I have installed Global Protect version 3.1.1.  After entering the portal IP and user log in information I cannot connect.

 

Details of the log are as follows:

Any help would be appreciated.  All other windows 8, 7 and xp clients are connection successfully.

Try to delete all files under

 

C:\Users\abc\AppData\Local\Palo Alto Networks\GlobalProtect
 
reboot laptop and give a try

Is your portal config on the firewall open to any authenticated user. What happens when you connect via a browser. What do you see in the firewall system logs.

Pls follow below step  may issue will get resolve 

 

1. Launch an elevated (admin) powershell window.

2. Enter the following command.

Stop-Service winmgmt -Force; winmgmt /resetrepository

3. Restart the computer you just reset the WMI repository on.
