Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect app release 5.1.2 for Windows and Mac is no longer available in the Palo Alto Networks customer support portal and is recommended to upgrade to GlobalProtect 5.1.3.
Why is the GlobalProtect app 5.1.2 release for Windows and Mac no longer available on the Palo Alto Networks support portal?
A known issue in the GlobalProtect app 5.1.2 release has been addressed in the latest release—GlobalProtect app 5.1.3. The issue addressed was based on users being unable to use the GlobalProtect app 5.1.2 on Windows and Mac for a language other than English (e.g., Spanish).
Palo Alto Networks strongly recommends that you download the GlobalProtect app 5.1.3 release for Windows and Mac. If you have already downloaded the GlobalProtect app 5.1.2 release, you must upgrade to the GlobalProtect app 5.1.3 release for Windows and Mac.
As a result, GlobalProtect app 5.1.2 release for Windows and Mac is no longer available on the Palo Alto Networks customer support portal.
