Hello,
We have several portals we currently access from our local machines. We are deploying a Azure VDI solution mitigating the need to access the portals from our local machine but from the Azure VDI infrastructure.
During Testing with Global Protect we are encountering an issue when multiple users are trying to connect to the same or different portals & the application freezes up.
The behavior suggests that the application cannot distinguish that each user session from the same VM's is a different connection to the portals. So essentially only 1 maybe 2 users can use the Global Protect client at anyone time
Can anyone provide suggestions what may need to be configured on Global Protect or Azure VDI that will allow multiple sessions from the VDI infrastructure to the different portals using the shared infrastructure to ensure that the Global protect Client identifies as a unique connection from different users. Your help would be most appreciated.
