Palo Alto Networks focuses on enterprise-grade cybersecurity, so it doesn’t offer consumer tools specifically for individual phone security.
However iff you're managing a fleet of mobile devices (e.g., for a business then Cortex XDR or Prisma Access can help with device protection and threat detection at scale. GlobalProtect (VPN) with a PAN firewall can enforce secure connections.
That being said, do you know how you're hacked ? Is there spyware/malware on your phone ? In that case resetting the phone and enabling MFA/2FA should go a long way to protect you.
If your SIM was cloned then I would recommend reaching out to your carrier because resetting your phone won't help.
