Can HIP domain use wildcard characters?

L1 Bithead

May I ask HIP domain can use wildcard characters or not? (Like diagram below)

I read an article that OS cannot use *, but I am not sure whether domain can use wildcard characters or not(just like URL wildcard)

Thank you.

Hi @WilsonHuang ,

I don't think that's supported.

As per this KB Article PAN-OS does a case insensitive substring match and doesn't do a regular expression match.

Kind regards,

-Kim.
