I have an external guest who gets a Microsoft error while logging into GP. The error simply states "Something went wrong please try again"
In the GP logs, I see
On the Entra-ID logs, nothing.
I asked the user to uninstall/reinstall the GP client, but the user in overseas so I wont hear back until tomorrow.
I'm running panos 11.2.16 and GP 6.3.3-c915
My question is: has anyone seen this error before? I have several external guest GP users, only this one is having an issue.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Mike

I would be looking for the user to upload their local logs to see what PanGPS.log states for this one since you're not seeing them on the Entra side of things and the firewall isn't going to give you much directly.

I think collecting logs is a good idea. Thanks, I'll update the thread when I have more...

So its a case of multi IDs on his workstation. He was invited to the tenant with one ID and he's using another for his live.com account, There may be an alias, not sure yet.
