Global protect clients can't access Azure network.

L1 Bithead

We instituting Azure site recovery.   We brought up IPSEC vpn tunnel to azure.  I can access the Azure network segment (VMs) while on prem.  However, when working remotely via Global Protect the Azure network is not reachable.  Any suggestions?

hi @tsandoval

First you should take a look in monitor tab to check for some initial informations where the connection could fail:

  • Is the connection allowed?
  • Does the connection have the correct egress interface?
  • Is NAT applied / or not applked the way you configured it?
  • Are there any bytes received?

The problem was on the Azure side. Adding the IP range under local network gateway solved the problem.
