Hi @prabakar.zoll ,

I would recommend by looking at your traffic logs. Do you see your GP traffic?

For Private IP please looks into Split tunnel configuration, what all the included subnets.

If you have included 0.0.0.0/0 in your split tunnel configuration...your all traffic from the machine will route towards firewall. So verify the NAT policy to access Internet from Global protect subnet. For private traffic verify the traffic logs is there any deny logs from the source.

Hi, I am also facing the same issues.

We installed the Global Protect VPN on the user machine Linux ubuntu 22.04, after connecting the user is not able to connect with the private and public networks.

The prompt response to fix this will be highly appreciated!!

Hi @v.Sengodan ,

What do the traffic logs look like? Also, do you also see the user is showing up in the GP Gateway?
