I have never created a vpn with local users on the PA to use the VPN before but I would think the only thing different is the auth profile but I am still getting this error

This error is not related to the auth profile, as that would prompt an incorrect username or password error message
This error means the portal is not reachable from the network you're connecting from. This could be related to a security rule or a NAT issue for example

didn't we decide that it because another nat is using 443 instead?
