GlobalProtect not connecting due to Duo Security software but only with GlobalProtect

GlobalProtect not connecting due to Duo Security software not pulling up but only with GlobalProtect. Duo Security working normal on same machine with MS Outlook software.  Was working prior, adjusted security settings -  now not working, no adjustment security setting back helping - possibly missing something?.  Duo appears as an empty grey empty box where it normally pops up green to approve in GlobalProtect, what setting would be effecting this?  No one on planet earth has been able to figure this out, makes impossible to login to the VPN.  Maybe not Global Protect related but then why would it work for Outlook?

Can you provide more info like screenshot to understand the issue better.
