Hi All,
With a Pilot Globalprotect Always on configuration we have an issue where is a user reboots, the device does no connect back with Globalprotect in a PreLogin state. If the user shuts down and restarts their machine it connects.
If the user switches to an alternative Globalprotect configuration and reboots, the device connects to Globalprotect in PreLogon state with no problems.
Both configurations are identical with the exception that the working config uses LDAP authentication, the non-working uses SAML authentication.
Any ideas what may be stopping reboot devices from connecting?
