Folks... I recently posted two related GP questions. Note, I kind of fixed the issue. For my customer, when using GP client 6.1 or 6.0, they have intermittent issues with DUO 2f when receiving a call. For me, I have no problems with 6.1 or 6.0 and using the same DUO phone call ( a good option is to use the DUO app. ). I am recommending they use GP client version 5.2.x.x
