I am attempting to login to the Customer Support portal to download a Global Protect Linux GUI package, but getting an error.

Hi @steve.shute ,

 

As per error looks like you don't have the access, you can check with admin login if you have or check with your team who does have admin login.

 

If you are using admin login and getting this error then you can open case with CSR calling to Palo Alto support number to check this further.
