Hi Team,
Good day to you!
We are facing an issue with URL filtering. Specifically, we are unable to block gaming URLs through the filtering system.
The customer has a specific user group called the Travel Group, for which a separate URL filtering category has been created. This setup is working as expected. However, the issue arises when attempting to block the Games category—gaming websites are not being blocked unless the Low-Risk category is also blocked. Unfortunately, blocking the Low-Risk category results in other unintended URLs being restricted as well.
Additionally, we attempted to use a custom URL list, but that did not work either.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue so that we can effectively block the Games category while still allowing Low-Risk URLs?
Your support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your insights.
Regards,
Sushil Kumar.
