im trying to create a ticket, but i don't see anywhere to for creating a new Palo Alto tac case

This is what Im seeing.  Nothing about creating a new ticket.

Hello @RHiggins2 

 

You need to click in Support Case, in the icon with up arrow to the right or Click in "Get Help" button in the middle top, to the left side of the register device.

@RHiggins2  Click on Support Cases and it will open a new tab/window. Then click the blue "Get Help" button that looks like a menu header, it is actually the button to open a new ticket.
