R-enable Global Protect Automatically after machine boots up

L0 Member

hi ,

not sure if there is any way to make Global Protect(GP) get Re-enabled automatically when the machine boots up. In other words, if someone disabled, it would get Re-enabled by itself..

does that feature being added under GP 6.1 version ?

Thanks...!!

@Maulik.Patel,

I believe that the only way that you'd do this is through the disable timeout option in the app configuration. Once the timeout is hit, GlobalProtect re-enables itself and attempts to reconnect automatically. I don't believe that there's a way to just automatically re-enable the agent simply because the machine was restarted.
