Hello I have a problem, I need to work using GlobalProtect to make calls to a Remote Desktop but my clients only listen to interference or robotic voice while I listen to them perfectly, will there be any solution? Thank you

Thanks for your prompt response, my problem is that I must work from home using a remote desktop, but when I use the phone my voice is heard choppy with interference like a robot and difficult for clients to understand, I already exhausted all possible solutions and I They said it may be the globalprotect setting that prevents effective communication

Was this an issue before? Do you think more clients connecting is causing issues?
