first time can connect but after cannot.

@Chockchai,

You need to fix the certificate issue on the portal (and probably your gateway) so you don't have a mismatch and ensure that it's trusted by the clients that you are connecting with. 

I second this. the 2nd error I've also seen with Mac OS and a certificate that is older than 825 days or doesn't have a SAN with the fqdn (or ip) of the portal in addition to the fqdn as the CN in the cert.

All I already solve the issue from the AD Server don't have user and others AD servers is timeout.
