I am experiencing a significant drop in internet speed (less than 1 Mbps) when connecting to a specific gateway using GlobalProtect VPN on my laptop. Here are the key points:

There is a crypto profile (network > network profiles > globalprotect ipsec crypto profiles) associated with the gateway that dictates which cipher suite is used when communicating via GlobalProtect
Could be that that one gateway is using a different profile and your laptop has trouble communicating over that protocol ,worth checking out before restaging your laptop
