After connecting to Global Protect unable to use RDP

Hi Friends,

We have a customer who is facing issues while accessing RDP via Global Protect.

User is not able to access the RDP machine after connecting to RDP. We have tried by adding the RDP ip in the include list.

We have also tried by creating a

GP connected by not able to access resources Internal and Internet

I have 2 firewalls deployed Active-Passive in cloud. (AZ1 & AZ2)
Both configured with GP Portal and gateway.
When users connected to AZ1 using GP. No issues & normal. 
But for AZ2, able to connect to GP, but when connect, not able to access and browse t
