Hi Team,
I working in Whereby Media Team.
I am wondering if Global Protect modify browsers ICE candidate gathering in any form? Or blocking IPs etc.
One of your Customer reported to our tech support the following issue:
If they try to use Whereby WebRTC Video Conferencing solution the browser concludes without discovering any IP address candidate.
(ICE STUN/TURN protocol that we use in browsers to collect IP addresses that Browser can use for media communication.)
The reporter use your Global Protect on Mac.
I am wondering if there is any possibility to Interop test Whereby and Global Protect VPN product,
or any free access to a Global Protect instance to be able to debug and understand more, and scope more this issue.
Any contact or help or hint would greatly appreciated!
Many Thanks!
