Whether RDP and VPN can be accessed at the same time

I am using GlobalProtect to connect to an overseas server's VPN.
If I connect my VPN-connected PC via RDP from the outside, the VPN connection is disconnected. Is there a way to connect both VPN and RDP?

Are you connecting to the PC's local address or the VPN address? I usually need to connect to the VPN address.
