after Global Protect update not install network adapter

after update or install a new global protect version on windows 10/11 the network adapter doesn't install, to solve this problem you need to do some KB like:

KB Palo Alto
https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA14u000000sZN8CAM

KB Windows
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/error-0x800f0217/bbce9a43-f43b-49a8-9545-60c80...

the last option to solve is format the system, to do not the system format you can do the next step:

copy the 'pangpd.sys' attached in the file path: C:\Windows\System32\drivers in the device with the problem and restart the device.

after restarting you could see the network adapter in the device and solve the issue.
