Hello @NETMETRIC
under assumption that Firewall is sending configuration logs to Panorama, you can find all configurations logs in Panorama under: Monitor > Logs > Configuration.
To filter configuration logs for specific device, you can use either Firewall's serial number or Firewall's name (The name is case sensitive).
( device_name eq Firewall Name )
( serial eq Serial Number )
You can also use the same filter in the log settings to send email notification when there is a change in Firewall.
