Issue with Intermittent Blocking of ChatGPT URL-Not-resolve

L3 Networker

Hi Team,

I’ve noticed that in my environment, the chatgpt.com URL is intermittently categorized as unresolved and is being blocked.

For your reference, I am attaching a snapshot highlighting this behavior.

Please let me know if additional information is needed to address this issue.

PAN DB- Connectivity is there

Hi someone can help me on this

Hi @RoneyRajan123

I can provide you with further troubleshooting steps:-

1. Check Step-2 from the below document if you have not tried it yet. Remaining steps I believe you have tried as per your previous comments.
https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/advanced-url-filtering/administration/troubleshooting/urls-classif...
2. 'not-resolved' usually means a failure to get response from URL cloud, Device server debug for URL cloud is likely needed to further troubleshoot.
