Can someone please assist with troubleshooting articles?

thanks for the post.

 

As a first step, I would restart management and log receiver processes:

 

debug software restart process management-server
debug software restart process log-receiver

 

If it still does not work after processes restart, could you check logs from CLI: less mp-log logrcvr.log to see there is any error?

debug software restart process management-server
debug software restart process log-receiver

 

If it still does not work after processes restart, could you check logs from CLI: less mp-log logrcvr.log to see there is any error?
