Most likely you will need SSL Decryption enabled. Without that you wont be able to see all of the URL information needed. If you do have SSL Decryption enabled, you can create a custom URL category using the exact URL that you want to allow, then create a URL Filtering profile that 'alerts' on that category and then apply that profile to whatever security policy controls internet access.
Obviously this is a high level overview of the process but without SSL decryption you wont be able to get that level of granularity.

Hi Guys,
I cant think of an easy way to accomplish this. It will take a lot of trial and error to get to allowing a specific dropbox URL vs allowing dropbox. I would recommend creating policies and testing out the already created dropbox applications. If you find the applications created do not filter your needs correctly, you can try running a packet capture and creating a custom application .
Good Luck! Please keep us posted on how testing goes.
