The update traffic is most likely going through a NGFW. You can also check Monitor > Logs > Traffic to find the sessions and troubleshoot. Make sure you are logging the interzone-default so that you will see traffic drops.

Hi hello,
This message was on PA-3020 and for somehow I was not continue Tshoot it as I already migrate and replace the PA-3020 with PA-450.
Migrate all the configuration from PA-3020 to the PA-450 and it turn out on the PA-450 as well, I'm not able to download the content for the dynamic updates.
