Not seeing IP addresses in User ID Agent

Have user ID agent loaded on AD server and all shows connected, but in Monitoring I see no users or IP addresses

Hi @lcagnassola ,

 

Hard to say what the problem is without additional information.

Are the minimum required events being logged ?

Which user mapping method are you using ( e.g. WMI / Server Monitoring) ?

Are the required permissions set correctly ?

 

This is probably a good place to start checking your config:

Create a Dedicated Service Account for the User-ID Agent 

Configure the Windows User-ID Agent for User Mapping
