Hi,
I have a standalone PA-440 device which I tried to check for upgrades to update its PANOS from 11.0.x releases to 11.1, but the check for updates never pulled any new updates from Palo Alto repositories, and all I am getting is an empty list.
What I tried so far:
I verified the connectivity to the Palo updates websites ( DNS and service routes are setup correctly and able to pull threat updates, etc. )
Verified device certificate is up to date.
Verified license keys through the Palo portal and on the device, also deleted expired keys on the FW and re-fetched the licenses.
Ran the "request system software check" through the CLI, it was not able to pull any software releases.
Downloaded the 11.1.0 base and 11.1.4-h1 PANOS versions manually and uploaded to the firewall, performed the upgrade and redid the steps above (removed the preferred versions checkbox), still no luck.
Checked disk space and utilization.
Restarted the management processes.
Checked the system logs and ms.log logs and found no apparent issues.
I am not sure if there is anything I am missing at this point. I would appreciate any help if someone has encountered a similar issue.

Hello,
Did you plug the management interface into your network? Or Did you change the default service route from the management interface to something else?
Regards,
