Hi everyone,
I have a question about REST API in PAN OS.
1. When a query is generated using rest api in pan os, what is the process/daemon that handles this task? And how can I check it (from CLI or GUI)?
2. How many CPU/memory resources are consumed (used) when processing REST API queries?
3. If I want to use REST API, what should I consider before applying REST API?
Thank you

Hello @DAEHOJUNG ,
For question1, I think this is going into some proprietary stuff.
If you need to track a API call, you can use the debug page.
For question2, not sure anyone has done such measurement, you can try to check with your account team.
For the last question, I would invite you to check what you want to do is really available on REST API (not everything is at the moment).
Hope that helps.
