Hi,
I have PA3020 use PAN-OS 9.1.13. Sometime have Traffic failure occurs with the session end reason "resources-unavailable"
please help me for solution to fix

you'll want to upgrade to 9.1.17-h1
resource unavailable usually means a process is clogged up. this may be due to high traffic, lots of decryption/too many url lookups/memory leak
check if your system is running very high on the session/cpu % and see if you can decrease that (and upgrade)
