What is the RMA timeline if a Palo box fails?

 

We have firewall for below details :

1.  PAN-PA-3220 ; S/N-016201033390

PAN-SVC-PREM-3220

Premium support, PA-3220

Good Day

Premium Support should entitle you to next day delivery, based on cutoff time of when RMA is processed.

Example... if shipping cutoff happens at 8pm at night, RMA would need to be processed by 7pm. to allow replacement part to be retrieved from warehouse and properly packaged.

Delivery is not early delivery (8am), but next business day, which could be as late as 6pm (whenever delivery company drops off)

 

Note that I am providing you what I believe, but I am not in TAC or within PANW, but based on past technical support positions, I have had, this is a very reasonable timeline.
