Software NGFW Credit Pool Activation Lag (Ramp Status Showing INACTIVE)

L0 Member
Hello Community,

I am looking for some clarification regarding the renewal and activation timeline of our Software NGFW Credits.
Our renewal order for 350 credits has been successfully deposited into our Customer Support Portal under Ramp 2. However, looking at our portal dashboard, the status for Ramp 2 (Start Date: 08/07/2026, End Date: 08/06/2027) is currently showing as INACTIVE.

We have attempted to run "Retrieve license keys from license server" on our active VM-500 firewalls, but the local expiration date on the devices remains stuck on the grace period date of 9/5/2026.

We suspect this might be an activation delay due to the timezone difference between Japan Standard Time (JST) and Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) backend licensing servers, as it is currently Friday morning here in Japan but still Thursday evening in California.

Could anyone clarify the following:
  1. Is this "INACTIVE" status expected during the contract start date transition due to the PST/PDT midnight clock rollover?
  2. Will the Ramp 2 credit pool automatically switch to "ACTIVE" without manual intervention once California reaches August 7th?
  3. Is there any structural action required on our deployment profiles to force bind them to the renewed pool once it goes live?
Any insights from someone who went through a similar timeline transition would be highly appreciated!
Thank you!
